Overview: Is Calvenridge Trust Legit?

Two Canadian provincial regulators warned about Calvenridge Trust within nine days of each other in spring 2026, and between them they listed seven separate web addresses for the same operation. The Ontario Securities Commission published its alert on March 31, 2026, naming calvenridge.com, calvenridge-trust.com, calvenridgetrust-login.com and calvenridgetrust-ca.com, and stating the business is not registered in Ontario to engage in trading in securities. The Manitoba Securities Commission had already published its own warning on March 23, 2026, listing calvenridge-trust.com along with the .org and .net versions of the same address, and stating that CalvenRidge Trust has never been registered in Manitoba to trade securities or to advise anyone about buying or selling them.

Seven domains for one small operation is the detail worth understanding, because the specific domains reveal how it was built. One of them, calvenridgetrust-login.com, exists solely to host a sign-in page. Another, calvenridgetrust-ca.com, carries a country code aimed at Canada. A business does not need a separate domain to host its own login screen, and a genuine firm serving Canadians does not need a special Canadian edition of itself. What a fraudulent operation gains from that structure is resilience: when one address is reported, blocked by a browser, or taken down by a registrar, the others keep working and the people already inside the scheme can be redirected to whichever one is still live.

The Manitoba regulator adds one further fact. The MSC states that CalvenRidge Trust appears to be operating out of Canada. That matters because the usual reassurance offered to a nervous depositor, that the platform is domestic and therefore within reach of Canadian law, does not survive the registration finding. Two provinces have now confirmed that whatever this operation presents itself as, it holds no registration entitling it to sell securities to residents of either.

The name follows a familiar construction. "Trust" implies a regulated entity holding client assets under a fiduciary standard, and a plausible-sounding surname suggests an established private house. Neither the OSC nor the MSC found any registration behind it.

How Calvenridge Trust Operates

Count the domains, then look at what each one is for. Between the two alerts, seven addresses are attached to this single operation: calvenridge.com, calvenridge-trust.com, calvenridge-trust.org, calvenridge-trust.net, calvenridgetrust-login.com, calvenridgetrust-ca.com and the www variants the MSC lists. Domain portfolios of this size are rare among small legitimate firms, which typically register one primary address and perhaps redirect a defensive variant or two. Here the spread is functional. Registering the same brand across .com, .org and .net means a target who mistypes or half-remembers the address still lands on the operation. It also means that when one address is reported and blocked, the business continues uninterrupted on the others.

A separate domain just for the login page. calvenridgetrust-login.com is the most revealing entry on the list. Legitimate platforms serve their sign-in screen from a path on their main site; there is no technical reason to buy and maintain an entirely separate domain for it. Splitting the login onto its own address does two things for an operator. It keeps account access alive when the marketing domain is taken down, so existing depositors can still be shown their balances and pressed for more money after the public-facing site has gone. It also separates the page that collects credentials from the page that attracted regulatory attention, which complicates both takedown efforts and a victim's later attempt to explain what site they were actually using.

The Canadian edition. calvenridgetrust-ca.com attaches a country marker to the brand. Operations targeting Canadians frequently register a localised address because it answers the question a cautious person is most likely to ask, which is whether the platform actually serves this country. It also allows the pitch to be tailored, with Canadian currency, Canadian references, and the implication of a Canadian presence, without the operator ever making a claim that would be legally binding.

What the two findings establish together. The OSC's finding is that Calvenridge Trust is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities. The MSC's finding is broader in one respect: CalvenRidge Trust and its additional business names and website addresses are not, and have never been, registered in Manitoba either to trade securities or to advise anyone about investing in, buying or selling them. The phrase never have been is doing real work. It forecloses the explanation an operator sometimes offers when challenged, that registration has lapsed or is pending. There was no registration to lapse.

Operating out of Canada is not the reassurance it sounds like. The MSC states the operation appears to be based in Canada. A depositor might reasonably read that as protective, since a domestic business seems easier to pursue than an offshore one. In practice the registration finding is what determines the available remedies, and an unregistered operator sits outside the enforcement machinery regardless of where its servers or its people are. What a Canadian appearance genuinely provides is credibility during the pitch, which is why it is worth the trouble of maintaining.

Two regulators, nine days apart, and what that sequence suggests. Manitoba published first, on March 23, 2026, and Ontario followed on March 31. Provincial regulators share information through the Canadian Securities Administrators, and a second alert in a different province shortly after a first usually indicates that residents in both were being approached in the same period rather than that one regulator simply copied the other. For someone assessing their own exposure, the practical consequence is that the operation was not confined to a single province, and a resident of a third province who dealt with these domains should not assume the absence of a local alert means anything.

What neither regulator published. Neither the OSC nor the MSC names the individuals operating Calvenridge Trust, states what the platform claimed to trade, or describes how residents were first contacted. Those blanks should stay blank rather than be filled with reasonable-sounding assumptions. Anyone who dealt with the operation holds the details the alerts lack, including which of the seven domains they actually used, and that specific address is the most useful single fact they can supply to an investigator.

What to Do if You Were Targeted by Calvenridge Trust

  1. Book a free case review with RecoverFunds.ca at recoverfunds.ca/report-crypto-fraud-canada, and tell us exactly which of the Calvenridge domains you used. That is not a formality in this case. With seven addresses in circulation, the specific one in your browser history and payment descriptors determines which regulator's alert covers you and helps establish when you were recruited relative to the March 2026 warnings. Tell us how the money moved as well, because a card payment may still have a live dispute window with a fixed deadline while a confirmed cryptocurrency transfer is generally irreversible and calls for a different response. The review costs nothing, there is no upfront fee at any stage, and we will tell you plainly if the realistic outlook is poor.
  1. Report to the regulator for your province, and to both if you are in Ontario or Manitoba. The Ontario Securities Commission can be reached at 1-877-785-1555. The Manitoba Securities Commission operates an anti-fraud line at 1-855-FRAUD-MB. Both have already published on this operation, and a report that supplies the specific domain you used, your deposit dates and the channel you were recruited through adds detail neither alert currently contains.
  1. Contact your bank, card issuer or crypto exchange today. Ask a card issuer for a chargeback on the basis of services not rendered, citing the OSC alert of March 31, 2026. Ask a bank whether a recent wire can still be recalled. Give a crypto exchange's fraud team the transaction hash and the receiving address and ask whether it is already flagged. These routes close on fixed timelines that no regulator can reopen for you, which is why this step should not wait behind the others.
  1. Capture every domain you touched before they disappear one by one. Screenshot each Calvenridge address you visited, including the login page, your account dashboard with any displayed balance, all deposit confirmations and reference numbers, and the full correspondence with anyone acting for the business. Check your browser history and your email specifically for the .org, .net, -login and -ca variants, because people frequently used more than one without noticing. A multi-domain operation loses addresses gradually rather than all at once, so material still reachable today may be gone next month.
  1. Turn down anyone who later offers to recover your money for an advance payment. Recovery fraud targets people whose losses are already known, and a victim list from a flagged platform is a valuable thing to trade. No genuine recovery service, law firm or securities regulator asks to be paid before returning money that belongs to you. RecoverFunds.ca reviews cases at no cost, and an upfront fee demand is a complete answer about who is contacting you.
  2. Report to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and to the securities regulator for your province, the full process, with contact details for every province, is here

Calvenridge Trust: Frequently Asked Questions

Is Calvenridge Trust a scam?

Two Canadian provincial regulators have published warnings about it. The Ontario Securities Commission stated on March 31, 2026 that Calvenridge Trust is not registered in Ontario to trade in securities, and the Manitoba Securities Commission stated on March 23, 2026 that it has never been registered in Manitoba. An operation soliciting deposits with no registration in either province is operating outside Canada's investor protection framework.

Can RecoverFunds.ca help me get money back from Calvenridge Trust?

We offer a free case review with no upfront fee and no guaranteed outcome. We assess what is realistically recoverable given how you paid, work out which of the seven domains you dealt with and what that means for your report, help you file with the OSC or MSC, and give you an honest answer including when that answer is that recovery is unlikely.

Why does Calvenridge Trust have so many different websites?

Between the two alerts, seven addresses are listed. Multiple domains give a fraudulent operation continuity: when one is reported, blocked by a browser or removed by a registrar, the others keep working and existing depositors can be redirected. Registering .com, .org and .net versions also captures people who misremember or mistype the address.

Is calvenridgetrust-login.com the same company?

Yes, the OSC named it directly in its alert as one of the addresses for Calvenridge Trust. It is worth noting that no legitimate platform needs a separate domain purely for its sign-in page. Splitting the login onto its own address keeps account access alive after the main marketing site is taken offline, which lets depositors keep being shown balances and pressed for further payments.

The MSC said Calvenridge Trust operates out of Canada. Does that make it safer?

No. A Canadian appearance is useful during the pitch because it suggests the business is within reach of domestic law, but the finding that determines your remedies is the registration finding. Both Ontario and Manitoba have confirmed there is no registration, and an unregistered operator sits outside the enforcement and complaint mechanisms regardless of where it appears to be based.

What does it mean that the MSC said Calvenridge Trust has never been registered?

It closes off a common excuse. Operators challenged about registration sometimes claim it has lapsed, is pending, or is held under a different corporate name. The Manitoba regulator's wording is that CalvenRidge Trust and its additional business names and website addresses are not and never have been registered, which means there was no registration at any point to lapse or renew.

I used a Calvenridge domain that is not on the alert lists. Is it still the same operation?

It may be, since the two regulators between them listed different sets of addresses and neither claims its list is exhaustive. Report the exact address you used to the OSC or MSC anyway. Regulators build these domain lists largely from what victims report, so an address not yet published is precisely the kind of detail worth submitting.

Is Calvenridge Trust legit, and is it registered in Canada?

The honest answer is to verify it rather than trust anyone's summary, including ours. Search aretheyregistered.ca for Calvenridge Trust. What is on the public record is that OSC issued an investor warning about it on March 31, 2026.

Why can't I withdraw my money from Calvenridge Trust?

A stuck withdrawal from Calvenridge Trust is not usually a technical fault, and support will not fix it. The pattern documented by OSC and other regulators is escalating fee demands that never end in a payout. Preserve the evidence, stop sending money, and work through the reporting process. Contact your bank or card issuer the same day too, because that route is time-sensitive.

Are Calvenridge Trust reviews real?

The useful test for Calvenridge Trust is not the reviews but the register. Anyone can post a review; nobody outside the regulator can post a OSC investor alert. One was published on March 31, 2026. Check registration yourself at aretheyregistered.ca and treat glowing reviews on platforms that do not verify purchases as marketing.

Is calvenridge.com a safe website?

calvenridge.com should not be trusted with a deposit. It is the website connected to Calvenridge Trust, which Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) warned investors about on March 31, 2026. If you already have an account there, capture your transaction history and chat logs now. Domains connected to published warnings often go offline without notice.

How do I report Calvenridge Trust in Canada?

Start with whoever moved the money. Your bank, card issuer or crypto exchange, because reversal options are time-limited. Then file with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre on 1-888-495-8501, with the securities regulator in Ontario and Manitoba, and with your local police. The complete process is here, and a free case review is here if you would rather be walked through it.
