Overview: Is Dividenda Legit?
Dividenda is not registered with Quebec's Autorité des marchés financiers and holds no authority to solicit investors in the province. The AMF published that finding on June 19, 2026 and the Canadian Securities Administrators carried it into the national investor alert database the same day. The warning names two addresses, dividenda.finance and webtrader.dividenda.app, and the operation also trades as Dividenda LTD.
Those two addresses are not duplicates of each other and the difference between them is the most instructive thing on this page. One is a marketing site. The other is a login. A prospective client is persuaded at dividenda.finance, then handed off to webtrader.dividenda.app, which is where the account, the balance and the trade history live. Separating the two is a deliberate architecture, and it tells you something about how this kind of operation is assembled: the trading front end is very often not built at all but licensed, a white label product configured with a logo and a colour scheme in a matter of days.
The name is also doing work. A dividend is a payment made out of a company's actual profits, and it is one of the few investment words that still carries an implication of steadiness and legitimacy to a general audience. Attaching it to an unregistered crypto and CFD style platform borrows that association at no cost.
If you have arrived here because a withdrawal from Dividenda has not been paid, because your account manager has become unreachable, or because you have been told a payment is required before funds can be released, the Quebec regulator reached its own conclusion on June 19, 2026 and published it.
The AMF listing does not identify who runs Dividenda, from what country, or what corporate entity if any stands behind the name Dividenda LTD. This page will not invent those details. The one established fact is the one that governs your position: no permission to solicit you ever existed. It was named the same day as Acva investing Corp and xwalletchain.io, in a single batch of AMF listings.

How Dividenda Operates
Two addresses, two jobs: dividenda.finance is the shopfront. It carries the branding, the performance claims, the explanation of the strategy and the sign up form. webtrader.dividenda.app is the terminal, reached after registration, where a client sees a portfolio, a balance, open positions and a running profit. Keeping them apart is useful to an operator in ways worth spelling out. The marketing site can be replaced, rebranded or abandoned without disturbing the accounts. The terminal can be moved behind a new shopfront under a different name if the first one is publicly listed. And a client who tries to check the platform later searches the brand, not the app subdomain, which is where the trading interface quietly continues to exist.
What a webtrader usually is: A subdomain named webtrader is a strong indicator of licensed rather than proprietary software. There is an established market in white label trading front ends, sold to anyone who wants one, configured with a brand, a set of instruments and an administrative back office. That back office is the part that matters to you. It typically allows the operator to set the prices a client sees, credit bonus balances, adjust positions, and control what the account displays. None of this requires any money to be traded anywhere. The interface can be entirely convincing, update in real time, and show a portfolio that has never corresponded to a single executed order. This is why the professionalism of a platform tells you nothing about whether it is real, and why the absence of registration tells you almost everything.
Nothing is held in your name: With a registered dealer, client assets are segregated from the firm's own money and held by a custodian, so an account balance is a claim on something that exists independently. Dividenda holds no registration in Quebec, which means there is no custodian and no segregation. The figure displayed when you log in to webtrader.dividenda.app is a value in a database administered by the same people declining to pay it. It is not evidence of a holding and it cannot be reconciled against anything outside the operation's control. Your own bank or exchange statement is the more valuable document, because the receiving account name, the country it sits in, and whether it matches the business you believed you were dealing with are facts the operator cannot edit.
The promise built into the name: Language shapes how risk is assessed before any number is examined. A dividend is a distribution from real profits. A platform borrowing that word is borrowing an association with mature, cash generating businesses and regular payments, which is a long way from an unregistered offshore trading operation. It is the same technique as calling a scheme a trust, a capital group, a wealth partner or a reserve. The word is chosen to answer a question the reader has not consciously asked yet.
Where the difficulty is engineered: Deposits into Dividenda are designed to be effortless, because obstruction at the entrance would defeat the purpose. The friction is placed at the exit, and it arrives as a requirement nobody mentioned during the sale. A release or processing charge. A tax said to be payable before funds can leave. A verification or anti money laundering fee. A higher account tier that must be reached before withdrawals unlock, which requires depositing more rather than taking less. Every version has the identical structure, which is that money must go in before money can come out. No registered Canadian dealer operates this way. If Dividenda has asked you for a payment to release your own balance, that request is the confirmation, and it is unusually good evidence. Record it and send nothing.
One batch, several names: The AMF listed Dividenda on June 19, 2026 alongside other operations named the same day. That does not establish common ownership and this page does not claim it does. What a batch listing does show is a regulator working through a group of platforms soliciting Quebec residents in the same period, which is a useful reminder that a name is cheap. Operations of this type are routinely retired and relaunched, and a client reassured that a platform has simply rebranded should treat that as the moment to withdraw everything and verify independently, not as news of an upgrade.
Capture the terminal before it goes: Both dividenda.finance and webtrader.dividenda.app have been publicly named. Addresses in that position are commonly taken down, reskinned or relaunched within weeks, and the trading terminal usually disappears first because it is the part that documents what you were shown. Screenshot it today rather than trying to describe it later.
Red Flags in Dividenda Reviews
- AMF warning published June 19, 2026 confirming Dividenda is not registered and not authorized to solicit investors in Quebec
- Runs a separate trading front end at webtrader.dividenda.app, distinct from the marketing site at dividenda.finance
- The webtrader subdomain indicates licensed white label trading software rather than a proprietary platform
- Also trades under the name Dividenda LTD. without any verifiable corporate registration
- Company name borrows the language of dividends, which implies payment from real profits
- No custodian holds client assets, so the balance shown in the terminal cannot be reconciled against any independent record
- No named operator, no disclosed jurisdiction and no verifiable place of business in the regulator listing
- Not listed on the AMF register of firms authorized to solicit Quebec investors
- Deposits process without friction while withdrawals attract conditions that were never disclosed at sign up
- Named in the same June 19, 2026 batch of AMF listings as several other unregistered platforms
What the Regulator Said
Dividenda is not registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and is not authorized to solicit investors in Québec.
What to Do if You Were Targeted by Dividenda
- Report your case to RecoverFunds.ca at recoverfunds.ca/report-crypto-fraud-canada. The review is free and there is no upfront fee at any stage. For Dividenda the first practical question is how you funded the account, because that determines what is still possible today rather than next month. Card deposits carry a chargeback window measured in days and are the most time sensitive item here. Wires and Interac e Transfers sometimes permit a recall while the receiving account still holds money. Crypto transfers are irreversible, which moves the priority to flagging the destination wallet and filing quickly so the address is on record. You will get a straight assessment of what is realistically recoverable, including where the honest answer is that very little is.
- Contact the Autorité des marchés financiers directly. The AMF issued this warning and takes reports from the public on 1-877-525-0337. Tell them you dealt with the webtrader.dividenda.app terminal as well as the dividenda.finance site, and say whether you were ever moved between addresses or told the platform had been upgraded or rebranded. That migration detail is specific to how this operation is built and it helps the regulator connect a front end to whatever it appears under next.
- Call your bank, card issuer or crypto exchange today and say the word fraud. Fraud teams hold powers that ordinary customer service does not, and presenting this as an investment that went badly routes you to the desk that cannot help. Ask for the fraud department by name. Give them the receiving account details exactly as they appear on your own statement rather than the name shown on the website, since the two rarely match and that discrepancy is precisely what an investigator can work with.
- Screenshot the trading terminal before it disappears. Capture webtrader.dividenda.app while you can still log in, including the displayed balance, the open positions, the trade history and any bonus or credit lines applied to the account, because that terminal is the clearest record of what you were shown and it is usually the first thing withdrawn once a platform is publicly named. Then save the onboarding emails, the deposit instructions, the stated fee and withdrawal terms, and the entire message thread with your account manager, noting which app it ran on and the date you were first contacted.
- Do not pay anyone who offers to recover the money for a fee. Once a platform appears on a public alert list, the people who lost money on it become a target list, and they are approached by operations promising retrieval in exchange for an advance payment, a retainer, a release charge or a tax. It is a second fraud running on the same victims, and it lands exactly when someone is desperate enough to consider it. RecoverFunds.ca is free to report to and charges nothing up front. Anyone who wants money before they will lift a finger has told you what they are.

Dividenda: Frequently Asked Questions
Is Dividenda a scam?
Quebec's securities regulator has publicly warned about it. On June 19, 2026 the Autorité des marchés financiers confirmed that Dividenda is not registered with the AMF and is not authorized to solicit investors in Quebec. The warning names both dividenda.finance and webtrader.dividenda.app, and the operation also trades as Dividenda LTD.
Can RecoverFunds.ca help me get my money back from Dividenda?
We offer a free case review with no upfront fee. We will tell you honestly what is realistically recoverable given how you funded the account, help you file with the Quebec AMF as the regulator that issued this warning, and set out what to do first. We never guarantee recovery, and anyone who does is not being honest with you.
What is webtrader.dividenda.app and why is it a separate address?
It is the trading terminal where your account, balance and trade history are displayed, separate from the marketing site at dividenda.finance. Splitting them lets an operator replace or abandon the shopfront without disturbing accounts, and move the terminal behind a new brand if the original name is publicly listed.
The Dividenda platform looks professional and updates in real time. Doesn't that mean it is real?
No. Trading front ends of this type are commonly licensed white label products, configured with a brand in days and controlled through an administrative back office that can set displayed prices, credit balances and adjust positions. An interface can be entirely convincing without a single order ever being executed anywhere.
My Dividenda balance shows a large profit. Is that money mine?
It is a number in a database controlled by the people refusing to release it. Because Dividenda holds no registration in Quebec, there is no custodian and no segregation of client assets, so nothing is held in your name and the figure cannot be reconciled against anything independent. Your own bank statement is the document that matters.
Is Dividenda connected to the other platforms the AMF listed on June 19, 2026?
Nothing published establishes common ownership, and this page does not claim any. The AMF named several unregistered operations that day, which shows a regulator working through platforms soliciting Quebec residents in the same period. Treat each warning as applying to the named operation and its listed domains only.
Dividenda says I owe a tax before my withdrawal can be processed. Is that legitimate?
No. Canadian tax is assessed and paid through the Canada Revenue Agency after the fact, never collected by a trading platform as a condition of releasing your own funds. A demand to pay money in before money can come out is the structure these operations share, whatever it is called. Keep the message and pay nothing.
Why is my Dividenda login not working?
Losing access to a Dividenda account usually means one of two things. The account has been locked from the operator's side, which commonly happens shortly after a withdrawal request or an awkward question. Or the site itself has gone dark, which is what happens when an operation rebrands to a new domain after a warning is published. Neither is resolved by the account manager, and if you are asked to pay anything to restore access, that is the same pattern continuing.
Are Dividenda reviews real?
Read reviews of Dividenda carefully, and note where they sit. Operations like this seed favourable reviews on rating sites, YouTube and social media, and those tend to be the first results a search returns. The review that carries weight is the regulatory record: Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) published an investor warning on June 19, 2026. Positive reviews written before a warning, or by accounts with no other history, tell you very little.
Is dividenda.finance a safe website?
dividenda.finance is the domain associated with Dividenda in the AMF investor warning on June 19, 2026. Treat it as unsafe to deposit with. Also be aware that operations under warning frequently reappear on a near-identical domain, with a different extension or an added or dropped word, so a site that looks like the one you used may be the same operation rather than a legitimate alternative.
How do I report Dividenda in Canada?
Three places, and they do different things: the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501, the securities regulator for the province you live in, and your local police for a file number. Contact your bank, card issuer or crypto exchange first though, because that is the only step where hours genuinely matter. The full process, with the contact details for every province, is here. Or report your case to us and we will tell you which regulator has jurisdiction and what they will need.
