About RecoverFunds.ca
RecoverFunds.ca is not affiliated with any government agency, regulatory body, law enforcement organization, or financial institution. We operate independently, sourcing content from official regulatory warnings, documented victim reports, and independent research.
Our mission is to close the information gap between when a fraud operation begins targeting Canadians and when that operation appears on an official regulatory warning list.

About RecoverFunds.ca
RecoverFunds.ca is an independent Canadian registry of companies flagged by securities regulators. Every entry traces to a published warning from a named regulator, carries the date it was issued, quotes the regulator's own wording, and links to the original notice. The registry currently documents over 200 flagged operations.
We are not a government body, not a law firm, and not a paid recovery service. We accept no advertising, no sponsored listings and no payment from any company we cover — in either direction. Case reports are free and there is no upfront fee of any kind.
For journalists
We are happy to provide background on fraud patterns targeting Canadians, the regulatory picture across provinces, and how these operations recruit and extract. Where we are quoted we ask only that the registry's independence is stated accurately: we report published regulatory warnings, we do not make independent allegations of criminal conduct, and we never claim that recovery is guaranteed or likely.
Our sourcing standard is set out in how we verify fraud warnings, our editorial standards in the editorial policy, and the named reviewers who check each entry on the editorial team page.
