Fraud reports submitted to RecoverFunds.ca are retained for as long as they remain relevant to our fraud intelligence function, which may be indefinitely given the long-term nature of regulatory proceedings and pattern analysis.
You may request the deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@recoverfunds.ca. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that may require us to retain certain information for longer periods.
