Fraud reports submitted to RecoverFunds.ca are retained for as long as they remain relevant to our fraud intelligence function, which may be indefinitely given the long-term nature of regulatory proceedings and pattern analysis.

You may request the deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@recoverfunds.ca. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that may require us to retain certain information for longer periods.

6. Third-Party Services

RecoverFunds.ca uses Google Forms as a data collection mechanism for fraud reports. Google's privacy policy governs how Google handles data submitted through their forms. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We may also use standard web analytics services. These services collect anonymized usage data and operate under their own privacy policies. We do not use these services to track individual users across websites.
