To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RecoverFunds.ca, its operators, researchers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the platform
  • Any information published on the platform
  • Any action taken or not taken based on content on the platform
  • Any loss of funds or other financial harm, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages

6. Report Submissions

When you submit a fraud report to RecoverFunds.ca, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You have not fabricated or materially misrepresented any facts
  • You are not submitting a report for the purpose of harming a legitimate business
  • You consent to us using the anonymized substance of your report for fraud intelligence purposes

We reserve the right to decline to act on any report at our sole discretion.

7. Defamation and Accuracy

RecoverFunds.ca publishes information based on publicly issued regulatory warnings and documented victim reports. We do not make unsupported allegations of criminal wrongdoing. All company-specific articles are based on verifiable sources, which are cited in each article.

If you are a representative of a company featured on RecoverFunds.ca and believe a specific factual statement is inaccurate, contact us at support@recoverfunds.ca with documented evidence. We review all such requests and will correct demonstrably inaccurate information.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use RecoverFunds.ca for any of the following purposes:

  • To impersonate RecoverFunds.ca or Recover Funds Canada in any communications
  • To use our content to operate a recovery room scam or any fraudulent service
